TOTAL BODY CARDIO! | 21 day fix

Not happy with the weight i was at and being stuck at the same weight for over a year now, i finally decided to dedicate myself to a diet. Known as the 21 day fix, this diet program that i ordered offline after hearing awesome reviews, helped me lost 13lbs in a 4 week span. This video is recorded on the 32nd day of the diet.  The last 2.5 years i have gained over 20 pounds, i like to call this relationship weight seeing as how i started dating my current boyfriend almost 3 years ago, but i know a lot of factors had to do with my weight gain. Fast food, soda, barely working out, and eating too much junk food or not enough food. The last 4-6months I've been super down about myself and was feeling so disgusting. I fell into a little bit of a depressed feeling. i knew that i had to do something about it, and if i didn't start when i felt the motivation, that i would never start and just keep gaining weight.  NOW I'm feeling better than ever. I started my diet at 196 pounds on november 21st, 2016. I weigh myself about 1-2 times a week. I weighed myself last on Monday December 19th, 2016 and i was down to 183 pounds. i still have about 23 more pounds i would like to lose and hope to hit my goal by March 1st 2017.
